FLP SPANISH/ENGLISH PROTOTYPE

In 2021, STAGEN is prototyping a Spanish/English 12-week Foundational Leadership Program (FLP) for Spanish speaking executives (EXPATS) living in the USA and/or for executives in LATAM. The FLP is a subset of our C-Suite, flagship program, the Integral Leadership Program (ILP).

The Foundational Leadership Program (FLP) is a 12-week offering delivered by Spanish speaking Stagen faculty (Raphael Vitón) to support individual contributors or senior leaders from a single organization. The program (limited to 20 participants) starts and ends with full-day in-person workshops and leverages Stagen’s curriculum and technology platforms to promote individual and team development.

For reference, the ILP is a 52-week, practice-based program designed to develop executives serious about transforming themselves, their teams, and their organizations.
